FAITH ETERNAL

This is an arena wave shooter inspired by Devil Daggers, Ultrakill, and DOOM with a mix of Touhou Project's bullet hell mechanics. The game forces you to face intense fast-paced battles with tough enemies that'll try to kill and overwhelm the player.

Made for Touhou Pride Jam 5 2023 (ended)

GUIDE:

CONTROLS

• WASD - movement
• leftMouse - shoot
• 1/2/3/4 - switch weapons by number
• scroll wheel - switch weapons by scroll wheel
• Q - switch last weapon held
• F - melee 
• space - jump
• shift - dash
• ctrl - quickland
• R - reload

WEAPONS

• Desert Eagle (requires 1 Power)
  Range: 200
  Perk: the more shots you've fired, the maximum damage ratio increases
  Perk2: when switched to a different weapon, the current weapon's Max DMG Ratio is increased by 5
• Double Barrel (requires 2 Power)
  Range: 60
  Perk: switching it to the gun causes it's reload time to stop
  Perk2: can parry projectiles
• Chain Gun (requires 3 Power)
  Range: 100
  Perk: the more shots you've fired the shoot cooldown decreases
  Perk2: when switched to a different weapon, the current weapon's Fire Rate is decreased by 0.1
• Gohei (requires 4 Power)
  Range: infinite
  Perk: deals highest damage of all of your weapons
  Perk2: when switched to a different weapon, the current weapon's Bonus DMG is increased by 5
• Mechanical Chainsaw Assist (melee)
  Range: melee
  Perk: maximum damage rate increases by 1-2 from every hit in one slash
